About the Founder
Anna S. Keenan — Principal Consultant
Anna is a research-driven organizational leader with over a decade of experience spanning social enterprise, stakeholder engagement, and non-profit management.
She’s known for leading with curiosity, collaborating on sensemaking, and helping teams translate complexity into clarity.
Previously, Anna spent seven years working in private sector research, immersing herself in the experiences of stakeholders at all levels. That grounding in empathy, systems, and evidence continues to shape her approach to every project.
She believes that lasting impact comes not just from what we know, but from how we grow.
